Yes, our hosts requires a deposit. This deposit represents one months rent. Usually, the hosts refund this deposit up to 60 days after the end of your contract
As soon as you have booked your room, you will get a booking confirmation email with the contact of your host. From this moment, you can contact him/her in order to plan your arrival in the best conditions
The first time having an experience abroad is always scary! But due to our experience we try to make your trip as easy as possible by giving you tips and advise. You can also reach our team in case of help!
We understand your point of view and you are far from being the only ones to ask, although we cannot do visits for many reasons. First, as we are a digital platform, it is each landlord who has the key to their apartment. Also, we do not like to disturb the people currently living in the apartment with unpleasant visits. I hope you understand. Though, we can assure you that the pictures are accurate as our team checked the different apartments.
